As of now, Arvind The Park has no metro station but has a plan for the metro station of Dhoddajala, which is just 13. 8 km from Arvind Park. The project will be completed within 7 years. Lingadeeragollahalli is expected to get a metro station as part of the Namma Metro's Blue Line 2B expansion.
The Karnataka government has planned a metro from KR Puram to Kempegowda International Airport, which is expected to start by December 2026.
The Arvind Park plotted development has good metro connectivity to the Doodajala metro station. The project spans over 24 acres to host 340 plots of 4 different configurations of the 4 types, ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft.
To reach the nearest metro station of Arvind the Park, firstly reach Bellary Road by heading south, and continue on the NH 44 for 6 to 7 km towards Chikkajala. It will take 10 to 15 minutes, based on the traffic. The station is located to the right of the road.
The metro connectivity will boost the property value in very few years. Once the metro starts, the number of residents migrating towards the area will increase by double. Property prices usually rise by 20 to 25 per cent in years, and the top 10 real estate companies will start investing in the area, with emerging residential and commercial developments.
When a metro has been planned by the government, it's the better choice to invest in the property of that area because it will be available at lower prices in the suburbs. As of the current market trend, the Lingadeeragolahalli property value is available at 20 per cent lower prices than the major cities of Bangalore. But once the metro project gets launched, real estate research shows and confirms that the area will boost the yearly rental income by 7 per cent and the property value by 20 per cent in the year.
The upcoming metro station, Namma Metro Phase 2 B, will connect KR Puram to KIAL with just an extension to many places in Devanahalli and Kasturinagar.
